These terms apply when you use the SolidSketch website, web app or Android app ("the Service"), made by Mohammed Elghobary in Egypt. By using the Service you agree to them.
Using SolidSketch
You may use the Service for personal and commercial projects. Do not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, copying and reselling the app, or using it for anything illegal.
Your designs
You own the models you create. We claim no rights to them. Because your files are stored on your device, please keep your own backups; we cannot recover files lost on your device.
Plans and payments
The free plan has no time limit. Paid plans (Pro and Lifetime), when available, are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's refund policy.
No guarantee for engineering use
SolidSketch is a design tool. Check every part yourself before you manufacture it or use it where safety matters. The Service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using it.
Open-source software
SolidSketch includes open-source components, including Open CASCADE Technology, which are used under their own licenses.
Changes and ending use
We may update the Service and these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. You can stop using the Service at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
